    1. Bruxism –Not many people are aware about it but teeth problems can lead to excessive clenching of the jaw. Tensed jaws will eventually lead to severe headache. For example, if your eye is too close to your computer monitor, expect to go through headaches more often. It builds pressure inside your eyes that leads to terrible headaches. It relaxes your body and takes the pressure off your head.
    5. Dehydration – Not drinking enough glasses of water can also result to a severe headache. When your body is dehydrated, you suffer from headache because it is the body’s way of telling you that you need to drink water. Coffee, soda and artificial juices do not count. You need pure water to keep yourself hydrated. Chiropractic care is helpful in such a way that your body is trained to choose what is healthy.
